Ankle sprain and Ligament tear
My leg got twisted before 2 years and it's giving me lot of trouble now. is it possible to cure? I have my x-ray copy of my ankle.. and there was nothing serious in the x-ray but it's pains like hell. I'm not sure whether this a ankle sprain or ligament tear. I'm hearing a sound inside my ankle whenever i shake my ankles right to left. Walking became a big problem nowadays.
