Bone & Muscle problems

I have been diagnosed with ra 3 n half years back this happened post delivery (2 months ) , i am on.medication for the same folitrax 10 mg , hcqs 200, nucoxia 90 , saaz ds... But recently in last couple of months my fingers are getting stiff and painful day by day . ra factor is 66 esr is 10 ... Can there be any other reason for the stiffness ? I was absolutely normal few months back with the same medication ... Now seems like its not at all working on me.

Hello. I've fall awkwardly on the knee twisting it. It was hurting but I could move it. Got swollen and had problems at walking for 4/5 days but then the pain wasn't so strong anymore. But now has probably been a couple of months and I'm not able to twist the knee or if I'm lying on the side hurts. And is not really getting better... what could it be? As I'm able to walk without problems.. I've got problem just if I twist it. But now is becoming quite painful again and has been already a while since it has happened

My knee joint is become week and when I walk or bend my leg especially Wright leg one muscle from back knee become tender and leg become painful and I can't walk.on leg there is swelling when standing or sit in one place it is increasing.when sleeping swelling is become normal but leg muscle pain become abnormal.

I have suffering from this from last 3 years I tried everything alopethic ayurvedic but not cured right now I m in very much pain I m from Pune anybody can suggest anything for me

I woke up last week with an extremely stiff and painful back. It got better after a restful 2 days. Relapsed again, but pain shifted to right below shoulder. Every small movement is painful, sitting without resting head is painful. Should I go to an orthopedic and get medication or go to a physiotherapist and get it corrected?
