Having cracking sound when i move my nec
Having cracking sound when i move my neck along with stiff neck. Started with bpvv then tinitus and now this stiff neck and when i move it gives cracking sound some times

Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
