Yesterday night at once my lower back/waist started paining a lot. I sprayed moov spray on it but it didn't work much. I was unable to sleep sideways the whole night. In the morning also, the pain was of high intensity. Earlier also, i have had such back pain sometimes but that was not of so much intensity. Please suggest me what to do? I work in a software company and i regularly sit on chair for nearly 6-7 hours.
