Bone & Muscle problems

Feel sort of friction in the joints which produces cracking or grinding sensation. This issue developed gradually over the time line of an year or so after I had a clavicle fracture. I feel cracking noise even from my Jaws once I move em. I do run around 4 km on alternate days on an average. Other than that i find the lower back and elbows get kinda stiff.

Hello doctor , i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when i was just 16. Then doctors gave steroids at that time and i was like able to walk and do my regular job. In the mean time some problems occurred and my family physician prescribed me Naproxen and Paracetamol (Naprosyn P) tablets for light pain control.. now a days i am feeling swelling on my ankles , pain on my wrist elbow heel bone and ankles. Every morning i wake up with so much heel pain that i can not walk properly. The medicine i mentioned is unavailable at market . I also have beta thalassemia minor for that i am having folic acid in a regular base. Please can u suggest a medicine with same composition and what should i do to avoid those swelling and pain? Hello Dr, I am suffering from heel pain from last 1.5 years, have undergone through orthopedic treatment but didnt get any relief. I had a fall some time ago. There was to swelling or bleeding. Now there is mild pain on inner side of knee while straightening leg after long time. Also sudden pain if I stomp my leg. Just pain in that particular area after some time of inactivity. I have no difficulty walking or doing any kind of activity. Also it not continous.
