Bone & Muscle problems

I am having severe pain on my neck and shoulder nd on my back...as I couldn't sleep properly due to much pain ...I can't evn move my right hand properly..kindly help me

5days ago I Slipped from stairs n got injury on tail bone , relief in pain is nt coming. Plz suugest

2 weeks back I felt as if a needle was pricked on my buttcheeks when I was sitting in my office cab while coming back to home, I could not find any blood stains while checking it at home. Then next day onward I felt very very little pain on that spot but nowadays feeling inflammation on that point, and pulsating pain (not very intensity) but noticeable. And whenever I stretch my back for any work it pains a more.

Upper bones of rib cage (below the neck) are looking out so irritating...   what can I do for this???

Hello doctor,I am feeling pain in lower side of foot.The pain started during my exercise now what to do?I have used oligel but that doesn't works.In the first pic if I pressures there pain starts.

I've been experiencing pain at the back of my neck (right side) and a little bit of headaches for 2-3 days. The pain is tolerable. Some said this has to do with the acid level? Food I eat? I keep on burping. Any advice will help. Thanks!
