Bone & Muscle problems

I have had pain in my right knee since a sports injury 6 years ago. The pain has constantly been problematic while running and trekking, moreover I had to give up football for it. Of late, it hurts at the slightest stress, even crossing my leg. This pain is on the behind left corner of my right knee. The MRI report detected a tear in the anterior horn of lateral meniscus. However, I have no pain whatsoever in the frontal portion of my knee. In a recent diagnosis I was told that the pain is in the medial head of gastrocnemius. My question is shouldn't this injury have healed in 6 years considering my active lifestyle. Also, what is the probability of recovery and its process?

I had one year back PCL injury and took MRI, the report impression as follows. AVULSION OF PCL WITH SEPARATED BONY FRAGMENT FROM TIBIAL EMINENCE size of fragment 17 mm x 10 mm. About 3 mm elevation noted. All other ligament are normal. Pain from one year decreased, but while walking on steps, feeling knee not behaving normal. Is required surgery or physiotherapy resolve it. Sir i am suffering from A vascular necrosis for left hip,  i had total hip replacement surgery on 05/04/2017 one month completed i am walk with walker 1 month but after one month not use walker but severe pain in pelvis and back side of the hip . Sir how many days to recovery and again come normal life , sir plz help me suggest me sir

On 22 march I met with an accident and encountered foot fracture. it has been 45 days and it has only healed up to 30% as per the referred doctor. I am diabetic patient too. My question is why my recovery is so slow and does being diabetic is the sole reason for it? and as per doctor, the plaster has to be kept for 2-3 months more? is it justifiable? I am 25yrs old with an average body and i am facing problem of heels bone pain it has been more than 4months i am having a severe pain in heels i had consulted my family physician doctor he asked to reduce weight and change your footware i already switched to wear sneakers shoes but still its not working out. Every morning when i get up and stand on my foot on floor it gives a severe pain and i cant even walk properly. Hi Doctors, i recently met with an accident, broke one wrist and one ankle. Surgery done. Plates and screws have been put. Is it advisable to remove the same after a year or is it safe to keep it. Thanks for your response.

Is it possible to get surgery on your feet to make them smaller??, i have really big feet and because im skinny it makes them look even bigger, i think im the only person in the world that looks this stupid, i really dont know what to do anymore its made me feel suicidal and really depressed
