My mother has been prescribed romega 4g capsule by her doctor. But the medicine contains non-veg components and my mother is vegetarian. Also, I have asked my doctor about it and he says any omega 3 capsule will do. Please suggest any veg substitute for romega 4g capsules

Hi, I am a DMD parient (Duchenne Muscular Drystophy) patient. my age is 31 years now and i have been suffering from last 25 years. I am planning to take Aspired Bone Marrow transparent (stem cell treatment) treatment for this. I would like to know what if the treatment goes wrong will impact me as the treatment is depends on Spine. I know the spine is the main area and if something goes wrong, it may give lot of damage to entire nerve system. as per the bone marrow treatment, the stems will be taken from bone marrow and inject into spine. First of all , my son he is 5 yrs of age he is suffering from flat foot, secondly he cannot climb stairs properly, neither can he run fast as other child does in his age, thus his leg muscles are very weak, he even cannot walk properly , like upto a certain distance he feels very tired and he complains that his legs are hurting him.

From last 1 month, my knee pains while walking or moving in stairs. Is it a sign of arthritis? Is it curable?

I twisted my right foot some 6 months back. Could not get immediate rest because I was travelling. After 10 days, I rested my foot for a month and also wore anklet brace. But the pain hasn't gone yet. I consulted an orthopedist 2 days back. He said it's a case of chronic ligament instability and recommended something called "Mstep" to be worn on my foot. Now the problem is that I searched the brace online (as I am not able to find it at any chemist shop) and it seems that the brace won't even cover the injury area. The injury is not on the ankle but a little below it, towards the toes.

Iam having severe muscle and joint pains because of Vitamin D and B12 deficiency. I also feel very tired and lethargic now a days. I have been doing gymming and physical exercise even then my weight doesn't reduce. Am overweight for my age and height according to BMI. I have been advised to do for injections and tablets by an allopathy doctor. But a known friend of mine with similar problem is taking homeopathy medicines and feels better with it. Now am confused on what to choose allopathy or homeopathy?? Kindly help me to sort this out.
