7 days ago due to slip of hand while coming down from train upper barth all my body weight suddenly came on my left hand and it got twisted. From then I was experiencing pain in wrist. After 2 days problem solved and no pain was there but suddenly after the next day it came back. I have to ride bike so I need to keep using the left wrist. Now I have less power in the left hand and pain is coming occasionally and cant bend my wrist after a certain angle.

I am facing a terrible pain of nerve at my elbow after my workout is done, and I couldn't get rid of that pain that easily, but from past few days I am facing this problem very often and couldn't get a sufficient sleep because of the pain. Kindly suggest me what type of exercise or massage would cure me from this pain.

My wife is suffering from heel pain. She says even after taking enough rest, just walking to rest room and coming back creates more pain. Feels like not able to keep the foot down sometimes
