Hi, I got an injury on my trapezius a while back at the gym and I been out of the gym for a month. I was getting headaches and pressure behind my eyes and other symptoms and I been feeling a bit better recently but still have discomfort a bit. I wanted to strengthen it up a bit since it's recovering and decided to do 10 push-ups for 3 sets. I noticed after finishing that I had a dull feeling in the back of my neck and I feel a slight bit of pressure behind my eyes only a small bit. I was wondering whether this was okay. And I wanted to know what I should do now.

I am suffering from Ankolosing spondolosis since 2008. Treatments taken Apollo, Chennai and Kerala Ayurveda. But no use.

Can I still grow when i reach 20 above? I am now 15 yrs old and i'm currently 5'2'' tall. Can I still grow with supplements?
