Low back ache
I have sacroilitis ..is there any surigal management for this .I can't control or reduce pain with medications and physiotherapy .

In sacroilitis treatment there is no role of surgery. This condition is frequently associated with inflammatory arthritis and various types of spondylo-arthropathies. You should consult a rheumatologist or an orthopaedic surgeon treating arthritis.
