Pain in heels since 2 month
I have a pain in right heel alone since 2month..can't walk in bare feet as per Dr.lakshmikanth recommendations using MCR slipper and he has suggested for physiotherapy.. But I feel there us some extra bone growth as the pain is severe ..as he said we can give some injection but which is combination of some steroids... But not sure off what it is as he is not OK ready to give I injection can any one please suggest wat to do ....

Hi.... Rest your foot...This should be done as much as possible. Avoid running, excess walking or standing and undue stretching of your sole. Gentle walking and exercises are fine.... Do not walk barefoot on hard surfaces. Choose shoes with cushioned heels and a good arch support..... Regular, gentle stretching of your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia may help to ease your symptoms. This is because most people with plantar fasciitis have a slight tightness of their Achilles tendon.... Consult orthopedician.....
