Both the knees are non functional. Has been confined to bed for last five years. The legs are bent. Had taken for knee replacent surgery in Delhi at private and Safdarjung Hospital. The doctors refused surgery till the legs are straightened. Wife does not want to undergo the weight therapy for correction. Has been confined to bed as a consequence. I have been experiencing back pain since 2 months now. My MRI report says minimal anterolisthesis of l5 over S1 is seen with defect in pars interarticularis. I was quite active in terms of exercises and was doing running and weight training. It's very depressing to sit at home with no exercise now. How severe is this problem? And can I reduce few kilos only with diet right now ? Please guide me.

Since last 1.5 years my wife whose age is 27 years is suffering with severe back pain and leg pain. Before 1.5 years she had normal fever on 20th January 2016. We have refered many local doctors. Having slight pain in front of my knees of both legs..This is from past 2 weeks while walking no pain but sitting and resting I can feel the pain
