I had started running from last 5 month now I have pain at Ankle for both the leg (left leg much more paining) I also done physio course for the for 10 days other stretching exercise but my pain is not going, I also have negative report for
Vitamin D and
B12, I also completed their course even though I have problem.
Today even I walked or run my ankle is always paining please suggest me some exercise or other techniques
