Ankle hurts after running
It's been a month now. Due to running on a trademill the pain started above malleseous on the bone. I ignored it thinking it might be due to the running after long time. I stopped running and it was hurting while walking i had to limp. I consulted the physiotherapist and got 2 sittings where i received plate vibrational and laser treatment. Later after a week i could walk slowly. I wasn't walking much. I used creap bandage and ice treatment. Then next week i tried exercising to get away with the remaining pain which was moving sometimes to the back of ankle, in the middle of legs, lower calfs. I have done the 2 times ice treatments a day for a week with exercise like calf stretch, Eversion, heel raise and others. I can walk now but i can feel my leg while walking and the pain after some walking in the different parts of heel and lower calf.

It could have been a ligament sprain or a fracture initially. X rays have to be done to ascertain the diagnosis. Ignored injuries are very difficult to treat.
Next Steps
See an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment.
