Pins and needle pain
I have reoccurring pain in my spinal cord joint. it starts suddenly and remains for a week or two and then starts fading away. when it pains, I find it difficult to bend and then get up. And sometimes even difficult to walk as the pain spreads to lower part of the body (including hip muscles). Apart from this I have pins and needles pain in my whole body for more than a year. I feel heat in my hands and feet. I get tired easily (sometimes keeping books in shelf seems to be a massive task and I feel short breathe while doing it). The pain gets severe sometimes. Sometimes it also causes feeling of nausea. I feel exhausted and tired all the time. Recently I started swimming and few days after that I got pain under my right breast. I find difficult to turn side in bed , cough, sneeze, etc. I want to know the probable reason of such excess fatigue which hinders my routine working. What should I do? My vitamin D level is 7 and B12 is 162. Could this be the reason? CBC is normal.

Your vitamin levels are very low. You have to start taking these vitamins. You should also get your calcium and iron levels tested. You have to wait for atleast a month to see effects of the vitamins.
Next Steps
Start exercise regularly. You should visit an orthopaedic surgeon if your pain is not relieved in a month.
Health Tips
Eat fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water.
