  4. Spinal pain. Stretching excercise help?

Spinal pain
I had spinal anesthesia two months back for a surgery. Now I have pain at injection site while bending backwards . I have stiffness at lower back too. What can I do .Will stretching excercise help ? Or I need to take MRI.

If there is only backpain, then we can wait for mri. Start using analgesics and after pain relief start physiotherapy. If still no improvement consult me online.
