Sharp pin like pain in knee
Good evening doctors,
I'm 28 y/o guy, having sharp pin like pain above the knee cap and many a times it feels like knee joint is so weak it could break anytime. Moreover i have ankle pain very often too. How am i suppose to treat it?

What's the duration of pain. It started of its own, or after some strain etc etc. For time being , take rest and analgesics. U can apply a knee support and do quadriceps exercise
