My query about backpain was answered by Dr Upasana. She wanted to know more details. I have lower back pain which feels as of my merves are twitching and sometimes the twitching sensations does move to the upper left thigh. I am not exactly sure how this happened but previously i got lower back pain after sleeping on hard surface. The pain does increase at certain time of the day. My office work involves sitting in front of desktop most of the time and i do workout with weights. I do maintain a straight posture both sitting and standing. The pain
started two weeks back and i have stopped working
out since. The pain used to be more when i wake up earlier but now its subsided. However around evening there is a dull pain and the twitching sensation in back and upper thigh. Is this serious??In case i have to consult, should i consult a general doctor or physitherapist or rheumatologist? I thank Dr Upasana for replying to previous query. Was not able to answer on that page.
