Dear all, i have problm of l4-5 disc prolapse...i want to know at the time of doing surgery how they protect and monitoring nerve  for not damaging and after removing disc part how they protect disc not to herniate again how they close that disc part.. wat is the success rate of disc surgery

Hi doctor, I am in my postpartum 2nd month.. Suddenly I got nerve pain in right leg.. It starts from lower back and goes till calf.. Can u please suggest what can be done for this? This pain is there in one leg only.. It's been 2 days already.. Is it sciatic nerve problem?

Have knee pain and get xray done, read something about osteoarthritis...is there any sign of osteoarthritis in xray ?

Sir I am posting my latest x ray after 5 month of resurgery with bone grafting. My knee movement is 100 degree after 5 month in first surgery my knee was totally stiff sir plz suggest me can I increase my knee movement also my knee allingment sir

My wife is getting moderate to Severe hip pain(top left/right side of the buttocks) and unable to walk properly. She don't have any other symptoms like swelling. But she can feel pain while turning/Bending/ walking and When turning around on Bed. Please note she has delivered baby boy and of 5 months old now. Initially it started with one side and now she feel pain both the sides and we assumed it was nerve pinch but not sure. For now she is feeling better with Hot water compress but recurring if we don't use again. Kindly advice on any medication.

I had tibia fracture and had suregy with enders nailing. I had open fracture After 3 months of full wound repair i had 2nd surgery with intramedullary rod fixation But after surgery my leg is inverted from bottom side. My surgeon told me that it is 5-7 degree of rotational curve due to high injury trauma. But it will not cause any difficulty in day to day life after the fracture union. I am sharing my leg pic and xray pic please examine it and tell me . Whether this rotational curve deformity will cause any difficulties in normal life like running etc. or not. Currently walking on walker with 50% weight 2nd surgery is done 45 days ago.

My wrist is paining whenever i take position for push up or whenever i put pressure on palm.. pain is on ulnar side.. What could be the cause. Google showing serious issues like arthritis n ol. What could be the reason.

I had open fracture 4 months ago and had surgery but after surgery my  leg got deformation. Iam sharing my leg and xray pic please give your opion whether this deformity leads any difficulty after union of fracture or not .  I had intramedullary titanium interlocking nail inside leg . Currently walking with walker.
