Bone & Muscle problems

Dear doctor , My baby is 1.8 years old and weight is 12.3kg... on 26 Jan when he was playing running he falls down suddenly on his knees and from that time he was not able to walk properly..on that night he was not able to put his legs down, next day he was not able to bend down the leg to collect the toys but in next days he Abe to walk and run... but today is 9th day and still he walk and run in zigzag way... he has No fever. So swelling also we press his right leg put he has no pain...then why he still walking in that way we are not understanding..any major problems??? Any weak bones issues? Or something else??

What is cervical strain. Prognosis? Is it same as cervical spondylitis/spondylosis? How can I improve this condition

I suddenly started having pain in only the outer part of my RIGHT leg a little above and below my knee everytime i did a squat or bent it. It started 4 minths back and its mild pain. Consulted many doctors and took medicines but still the same so far. Xray normal. Now, I started having pain around my LEFT ankle without any injury. I can walk but when i bend towards the ankle a bit, it hurts. It started 4 days back. Idk why I am getting such weird muscle aches in my legs and even doctors have no idea why. I am very scared. What can this be? I have normal bmi.

I had an metacarpal 3rd fracture on 26.12.2022, diagnosed with fracture next day and got plaster without any elevation for 25 26 days, after that cast was removed ( almost 4 week) and I was told that fracture has been joined. Then i took an x ray to see, it shows almost like the fracture day type x ray ( only a little difference, few part has been joined and some gaps are reduced), now i have Swelling on my hand, which is reducing very slowly, I am able to move my fingers, little wrist and little fist. Is Swelling going to last more??

6 weeks ago, surgery was done on the fracture in my leg. Now the doctor has given me permmission for walking. But now I get swelling in my legs. It is normal or not?

Since 1-2 days I've clicking sound when I move my head to left side but not when I move to right side there is no pain just I feel there is click sound with bit stiffness In neck

Good day, I had a Tibial communited condyle fracture in 2008 on my right knee.As a result i have developed osteoarthritis in joints.My doc has suggested me Shelcal joints on 1 month on and 1 month off basis .Kindly advise whether it it is more beneficial for me to take it in 3 months on and 3 months off or 1 month on and 1 month off? Thanks
