Bone & Muscle problems

It's been four months I have constant pain in my hip bone, hip and calf. And also numbness in my left leg. I have already consult with 6 Orthopedist and a neurologist and I have also did few sessions of physiotherapist . I have did several tests like MRI if lower back, X-Ray and MRI of Hip bone and HLAB27. But still it's notdiagnosed. No medicine is working. I am going to UK in September and I am just too much afraid about my condition. Please someone help

I had a chest pain since 6 months i had done all cardic related test like 2 times 2D ECHO, 5 times ECG .. 3 times Xray and multiple blood test all the time all reports were normal as said by 2 different cardiologist... But still I have left chest pain and left shoulder pain so I did CERVICAL SPINE AP LAT XRAY please find the attachment and do let me know do I have chest pain becoz of Cervical Spondylitis

I have right side parasternal pain for past 2 years. Walking makes it even more painful. Can not wear innerwear. HRCT found a sternalis muscle along the sternal side which is normal in morphology but I am in severe pain for last 2 years. Did it develop in these 2 years or else it was existing since my birth ? I could not understand. Please advise.

As mri impression is attached ., Does it require Surgery or else any treatment is available. Is it ok for a patient who is working in a manufacturing sector always having work in standing position

Dear doctor i am having problm in leg while walking, i am driving bike also,becoz i cant go for job without bike... i am having leg pain right side mostly ,when j stand my leg feel heavy sensation,always symptoms changes...sometime leg thaize front side paining sometime leg side back thiaze paining and calfs paining feeling tightness on calf ... what should i need to do this...this is from last year ...i have attached report also

My father suffered from. Knee pain after xray doctor told that surgery necessary, but is there any way apart from surgery or fo you recommend any medicine for knee pain.

Did anyone have special contact for spine surgeon...i have disc prolapse l4-5, pain in right leg and sometimes back pain..mri  finding same right nerve compress... I went for an vacation 1 month back.. in train i kept the travel bag near leg and slept entire night.. leg was not kept in proper position.  later morning i was not able to walk properly due to pain.. I was in full travel for 2 days.. then my leg started swelling. Till now im having pain in my ankle. If i stand long hours or carry weight my leg starts swelling.. cant able to move ankle joint in a particular direction...
