Hello Doctor, Since 2019 I am suffering from slipdisc problem but due lack of facilities in orissa town couldn't get treated. Now in 2023 again done MRI showing L2-3 ... suffering from severe pain in lower pain,spams can't sit for longer hours. Also done VITAMIN D BLOOD TEST showing insufficient...on medication VITAMIN D3 tablets,Calcium tablets but how to get rid of this severe pain. Seek help

I experience pain in hand and arm which chopping or writing or typing. My upper back shoulders and arm is paining.

Right leg severe pain at times near culf , right side of culf & below at few spots for last 6 days. Pain while walking and standing for 5/6 minutes. Too painful to walk now (I am a regular walker for 30 mts daily). Pain at rest also but not much. Xray report of 9 month back says: Early periarticular osteophyres are seen with associated mildly reduced medical tibiofemoral changes. However, I dont feel pain at knee and used to walk normally till a week back. Cold compress at pain area gives good temporary relief from pain. No noticable swelling at pain area. Pain spot changes sometimes to below culf towards ankle. I do simple knee exercise for 5/10 minutes daily for last several years.. Sometimes I feel there could be Vit D deficiency, could be muscle cramps... Thought of taking pain killer. But I hate self medication. Pls suggest medicines.

How much time left to close growth plate it is the xray of my left hand can i increase height now growth plates are ooe if yes for how much time

I am having pain near top portion of left heel since 3 weeks . It is mild pain but it started after wearing a badly fitted flat slipper. Now there seems to be bit swelling near the left inner ankle. Picture attached.

Hello iam kunal 18 years old boy i had a open commuinted fracture 6 month ago And had 1st surgery with tensed enders nailing . After 2.5 month i started weight bearing on injured leg, on 4th month my enders nail got bended , my surgeon recommended me for intramedullary titanium interlocking nail fixation. On 20 march i had revision surgery Now Iam sharing my todays xray after 1 month of revision surgery . Please examine it and tell me about my progress and further recommendation for my recovery.
