My left shoulder has some issues ...an injury happened some years before and it happened when my shoulder stretched to the back side by doing a workout in the gym..after a month it was healed ...then after an year or two this happened again and then it healed again within a month ...now it happened again but it's been like 3 months and still i have shoulder pain what to do?
