Bone & Muscle problems

I am having severe shoulder muscle pain and my doctor has prescribed me this medicine.Please see the screenshot. Can you please help me understand why doctor has prescribed to eat ACELOC 300 on first number? Is this correct medicine? I read on internet that it is for ulcers and for GERD and not sure why doctor prescribed this in the first place.

Hi, I got fractured at 6 weeks back , currently have cast for another 2 weeks (8 in total) however since two days having sharp pain... Is it okay to have pain at 6 week as I didn't feel earlier( currently not on pain killer) attached last report. Following all protocols

I am 29 years old and I have pain in my hips and tailbone. So I did an MRI and xray  is  normal. But I feel pain while sitting, walking even when I am asleep.  I attached my MRI report with this question.

From today morning after i got up, muscle at my  inner side of right thigh is paining and throbbing . Its paining like pulsing and beating sensation only when i sit down and rest for while. Pain starts from middle of inner side and goes down till knee. What could be the reason for sudden pain and its treatment? Note - i go out for morning walk around 7 kms for  3-4 days a week.
