Bone fractured
Pls find my xray report for bone fractured...pls suggest is it serious..is healing with cast or operational???

These kind of fracture usually heal early with help of k wire ( small thickness hard steel wires) that we used to maintain the alignment of the bone and above that put plaster

No significant displacement in the fractures. Kindly visit a clinic for plaster cast.

Two things to note..One is fracture at 2nd toe bone and other at base of 1st toe bone.. Also there seems separation between the first and the second toe bone.. If you have pain at that region, only cast would not be sufficient I guess.. Rest the final decision has to be taken on clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and then the treatment.

Looking at your age and fracture anatomy,you need to consult orthopaedic surgeon. It will be better to Aline and fix it in proper position since it's major weight bearing ray of foot.assuming injury is fresh.
