Bone & Muscle problems

1.Suddenly last 5 days I am having severe pain in behind left knee I couldnt bend my knee properly or sitting on floor with folding leg having severe pain .Observed swelling behind and above knee too .While walking also having pain . 2. Sometimes there is pain in right or left buttock below waist nerves get harder and severe pain.Even when i sleep on bed sometimes i could not move my waist due to pain .( Is this sciatica ) please suggest me medicine and treatment for both points. I have pain on my left shoulder and left arm. Left arm pain is more. After 3 days, i feel my left hand fingers lost its strength. I couldn't squeeze lemon. Took MRI scan. Here is report. Following are the medicines I'm taking now. MOLFORT 650, HAGESIC-NT, RADAR 20 (BEFORE FOOD), TIZAN 2MG, VITAMIN D tablet 4 (weekly once). Even i use paracetamol i feel the same pain so i skipped that, now my pain is bearable. Better if i lay down (sleep position) , or walking. But pains if i sit ,. I'm a software Engineer. After corona, we all working from home. No proper Chair. Just using normal chair and table i work continually in the same place for 3-4 hours sometimes. . This is the problem now only i understand the seriousness. Please let know when i will be normal. Please give your supportive response. Thank you.

Hi doctor, I am attaching the x-ray and prescription of my friend who fell and fractured her ankle. The two x-ray are 10 days apart. The doctor is saying that it is leading to some displacement and may need surgery. Looking out answers for second opinion here. Should we only stick to bed rest. I have l4 5 disc prolapse compressing right nerve in my mri...i have pain in right leg,unable to walk after some distance,heavyness on leg,i m scaring for surgery...is it success or not.. doctor suggested me endoscopic or microscopic...but i have fear of surgery...and i want to ask is i loose my all strenght after surgery and my life expectancy become short? i am 31 yrs old. height 5.10 and wt 84 kg

My left hand is hurting since 4 hours . There is no chest pain no shortness of breathing. 3 weeks back I checked my vitamin d and b that was way below level. This hand pain only occurred today. This pain almost persisted for 3-4 hours for a while my left leg was in pain too but it went away just once. The pain is like sometime it aches a lot like a lot and subsides and goes and comes back . What should I do?

A four month old injury. Having pain in movement & mobility is reduced. Can't put much pressure in that hand. Got an x ray still no issues found. Suggest something.
