Bone & Muscle problems

I am having left side shoulder pain. First it starts as left  neck pain and then I had headache in back of my head. After 4 days I experience shoulder pain on my left side arm and it also given pain on my left hand area . Thought it may be from bad sleep position but now my left shoulder area seemed swelling. Am in Dubai so I can't connect through practo video call.

Please see the hole in wound. Accident happened 28 days before. Attaching both pics. Please have a look if the healing is okay or need any other treatment.

I have pain in my joint after 6 months of delivery.b12and d3 report are normal.please suggest will it go away

5 years ago I sprained my knee while jumping into a swimming pool.At that time the knee was very swollen.Doctor gave medicine.But xray MRI was not done.The knee was swollen for a month.It hurt a lot. Trāsa paṇa kamī jhālā. After a month, the swelling gradually reduced. The trouble also lessened..But after running too much or standing for a long time, the knee hurts a lot.So an MRI was done.An ACL sprain was mentioned in the MRI report.And I can't avoid running and standing for long periods of time How will my knee problem be solved? Can my knee be like the first one?Will the knee stay like this forever? What is the treatment to fix knee

Severe back pain and not able to stand properly for more than 15 minutes. It is happening from past few months.

I am suffering from paun in fingers of left hand. It started 4days back. Now it spreded to hand. Now pain exist above this Elbow

My wife completed att course of nine month in nov. 2022. We are testing esr and crp, (once in 2 months) both are normal. She also. Have a month Pesyothrephy at hospital. St. Stephen. Now her neck pain and it's adjoining area not going. Also her space if c4 and C5 verbeta is reduce. My question is that dose this pain remain whole life, due to changes in cervical area. Please advice. Also her weight is also on increase side.

I am having slip disc from last year,getting pain front thigh also ,i have done again mri ,and its showing same l4-5 disc diffuse disc bulge compressing right nerve,and i have pain in right leg when i walk and stand,feeling discomfort in lower back also...and before i was having pain in back thigh but now paining front thigh side also ...mri still came same... will surgery make me normal to walk again...please ur suggestion is important..i have attached report also
