One of the doctors said by looking at my knee xray that i have osteoporosis but went to another and he said no i haven't. Is there a sign of osteoporosis in my Xray?

On tuesday i was sitting down and suddenly got pain in my back. for the first 4 hours i couldn't move without pain. the pain didn't shoot down my legs, but lifting my legs sent pain to my lower. i applied ice and rested, the pain got better, but it was uncomfortable and distracting still. the stiffness didn't go away so i got worried and consulted a doctor, he said its muscle spasm and gave meds (nucoxia mr 8, baclofen 10, predace 4) and said that i can get back to my daily activities. i get only minimal relief, sitting for 30 minutes is painful. lying down is okay, so if walking if done in moderation. i am a student and i need to sit for long hours to study, i havd entrances soon and i am getting anxious thinking that there is something else serious. will this get better in 3-4 days?

My height is 5'3 ,I wanted to increase Height and also i got some back pain on the last middle bone and also slightly up from that but how can i increase my height Due to all regards I'm requesting you to help me.

I got slipped from stairs yesterday and got injured on my hand(image of bruise attached), I've other bruises as well on other parts but this one is too tender and painful to touch and I can't raise my hand above elbow part. Is there a chance of any fracture? Should i go for x-ray? Or only painkillers and ointment will be enough. I'll be very grateful for your answer

I have under gone a bimalleolar fracture surgery on 10 feb. This is my x ray on 27 March.. How much time will take for me to walk again..
