Can a spondylolisthesis on xray be unstable i.e movement on flexion and extension still I have no back or leg pain?

I have pain starting from lower side of the neck to shoulder to the lower arm left side of the body with discomfort in tummy. Couple of years back I got same problem doctor said tennis elbow. Suggested some rest and band. I was not completely cured but ok. However a week back I have severe cough, when I cough heavily I got very bad pain in the same arm and I couldn't lift the arm for some time. Recently having numbness is right foot toes fingers. Is there anything serious or worrying about? Could you please clear and suggest the further process.

I have pain in my right leg from hip to toe . More when i am lying in slanted position . Also pain in right shoulder and arm after doing little chopping also . With physiotherapy there us very little relief .

One of the doctors said by looking at my knee xray that i have osteoporosis but went to another and he said no i haven't. Is there a sign of osteoporosis in my Xray?

On tuesday i was sitting down and suddenly got pain in my back. for the first 4 hours i couldn't move without pain. the pain didn't shoot down my legs, but lifting my legs sent pain to my lower. i applied ice and rested, the pain got better, but it was uncomfortable and distracting still. the stiffness didn't go away so i got worried and consulted a doctor, he said its muscle spasm and gave meds (nucoxia mr 8, baclofen 10, predace 4) and said that i can get back to my daily activities. i get only minimal relief, sitting for 30 minutes is painful. lying down is okay, so if walking if done in moderation. i am a student and i need to sit for long hours to study, i havd entrances soon and i am getting anxious thinking that there is something else serious. will this get better in 3-4 days?
