Bone & Muscle problems

I m 55 years. I m already taking propranalol 20mg for migraine and duloxetine for nerve related pain. Today morning onwards i m having neck sprain. What tablet can i take along with these already taking tablets. I m worried about any drug interaction. So plz advice. Neck is very painful

I have right lower back pain that feels like muscle spasm and gets very stiff . This pain happens when I stand for sometime or walk or go up stairs or change positions . I don't feel the pain when I am sitting or sleeping or at rest but when I change position I feel it again. The pain is in the same place and feels good with massage and hot compress. This is happening for more than 7 months now. What is wrong with me please help? Is it scary? Please help

Hi sir /madam Iam suffering from leg pain with numbness and tingling and needle pain along with hands pain. Both legs are pain, now right leg pain can some what's better, now it shifted to left leg with thighs, knees and leg.  Sometimes feeling relaxed with no pain, when am standing pain will rise along with my hands, and sometimes pain sometimes relaxed. Suddenly it will come. I increased my weight 69 to 73. Why this pain will suddenly come ? Please give me some suggestions. Please consider my question and suggest me medication or any deficiency . I'm having a cervical pain since last month. It comes and goes but since last night it's very severe with which upper arm muscles are paining badly. I'm not able to sleep properly waking up again and again cause of pain. Not able to move my arm upwards. What should I do? Which pillow should I use to get good sleep?

Only during back pain duration we should not wear high heel sandal ? I mean if someone get back pain some time . So only in that period of back pain must not wear high heel sandal . or if any time we had back pain . so we Should never wear high heel sandal ?

I done surgery for ankle bone fracture last month 27th its around 4 weeks now again they put plaster cast for 12 more days it's really very tight I couldn't tollarate pls help me here is this really needed?
