Pain in the right lower back.
I have right lower back pain that feels like muscle spasm and gets very stiff . This pain happens when I stand for sometime or walk or go up stairs or change positions . I don't feel the pain when I am sitting or sleeping or at rest but when I change position I feel it again. The pain is in the same place and feels good with massage and hot compress. This is happening for more than 7 months now. What is wrong with me please help? Is it scary? Please help
