Bone & Muscle problems

This is the X-ray of right ankle joint of my friend (male-28years). Please check and see if there is any kind of fracture? Here no one is available right now to tell us about it, please help.

I have lot of pain on the right side of abdomen below the right rib the pain is high when I cough or sneez . There is no brusing in that area. I am in Australia. I have insurance . I am able to sleep on the left side only should I get an xray done and see a specialist?

For how long can an opened Gemcal nasal spray be taken As the doc has advised me this medicine for joint pain

I have pain in neck/cervical regionnwhich radiate to head or right hand and pain in back which radiate to one leg. Which MRI reports needs to be taken to diagnose the exact problem and blood report if any.

I got ligament tear in my leg ankle one month back.. initially i was not aware and didnt take treatment and doing all house hold works.. now i have consulted dr. He told it is mild tear.. need to wear grip band for 3-4 weeks. Can i do household work by using grip band... I have 2 babies.. im living in 2nd floor.. im not able to avoid daily routine.. my fear is since one month i was not taking any treatment or rest.. if from now i start taking rest with mild household chores will my ligment heal without any issues in future.. Can i give hot towel compression in that area.. Im having mild burning sensation under foot also...

I had chest pain and HRCT found accessory muscle on right side. May I know if this is not normal to have accessory muscle in chest ? Can this develop anytime in life ?

I am recovering from a flu. The medicine course is completed but still weakness is there. I had severe back and leg pain during this time. The pain is subside now but I feel heaviness in left leg while walking. A dull pain some times from lower back radiating to foot. Feels like muscle/ vein is pulled in calf. Also after walking, some tingling in foot. Whom to consult for further evaluation.

Hi Doctor, Recently a week back i fell down the stairs . I have a previous history of slip disc ...i visited a neurologist for the pain pain and an MRI of spine was done. There are no fractures but have mild injury near the tailbone ...the doctor prescribed  Tolpes 150 and Dolo T ,advised 3 weeks bedrest . When I'm taking Tolpes 150 ...i feel mild dizziness and some discomfort . Will these symptoms resolve or should I stop this medicine. Please advise

Hello Dr. Am Naresh. fell down while walking at home, i could walk because of severe pain. Visited Ortho Dr 10 days back and he confirmed there is no fracture but there is a blood clot. He did apply POP on that day. Today removed POP, but still i see the blood clot as is and a bit more but no pain. Attached blood clot pic for your reference. Kindly suggest what i can do. Thanks.
