Neck pain and tenderness
Doctor, I have pain and tenderness in cervical spine area. It's of acute onset. There is no pain unless there is movement. There is no pain on side to side movement. pain while up and down movement only. No headache or abnormal visual impairment. But tenderness is present while palpitations even at rest. What could be the cause? Should I wait for a day or rush to hospital.
