Severe back pain
Hi doctors, I am 32 old yr female. I had 2 c section in past. Nowadays i am experience back pain. Daily my work routine forces me to travel around 30km in bike. And also standing and cooking adds more pressure to my back. Kindly suggest how this has to be handled I hav pain from shoulders to waist point in my back. Morning while waking i feel they are numb.

Start vitamin b12 tablet and vitamin d tablet.. Instead of travelling by bike, you can use other paid transport which will be safe for your back.. Pain medicine should be taken whether you are feeding mother or not..you have not mentioned this.. Hot water massage
