Bone & Muscle problems

I'm having lower pain for some days. It gets ok when i use some spray. But again next morning it starts. Please suggest whom to consult Ortho /Neuro.

I am having back pain since 2months now ,i can't sleep properly without pain in back. When i sleep i feels llike something is sticking my back bone, when i bend for some work feel pain in middel of back waist, and also sometimes below neck. And also feels like back muscles are jammed. I have got the xrays of my back and shown to ortho dr but nothing wrong was found in my back bone . dr said that my muscles jammed and i have vitamin deficiency so it's causing pain. So tell me what to do?

I've been having back ache in upper part with irregular intervals. The pain is unbearable and it makes me difficult to go around.

Getting pain in legs when walk for 15 to 20 mins and pain in hands when work for longer time and cant getgrip hold anything in hands

My daughter in 12th is suffering frequent pain in neck and headache then. She continuously sit in coaching for about 5 hour and in home too she study for about 5 hr in day and 4 hrs in night continuously. Please advise the line of action for treatment.

Sir,I have ankylosing spondlytis, due to this I have pain in all joints(knew,hip,shoulder,)and also upper back pain ,and pain in chest when I apply pressure , deep breath, movement of body it worse and also pain in neck.

Sir I m going regular for physiotherapy for my meniscus tear and acl pcl grade 1 sprain till I go for surgery. I m in defence and will go for treatment after my leave ends 1st week of next month . Sir plz tell me for further suggestions if required for me. Can I play sports as earlier I used to. I want to play games.

After delivering my first child,in February this year, I've been experiencing pain in my left heel and the soft part above the heel. Recently, the same pain has affected the right foot. If I'm lying down or sitting for a while and then stand, I'm unable to put pressure on both heels.

During my childhood (9 years old) i used to suffer from a severe pain in my joints, hands and legs. I visited a specialist in bones and after a 3 months of course it was cured. From that day i just had pain when i walked a lot or skipped any meal. But from the past 3 months that pain is back in my life with more severity and the pain now is in the entire legs and hands. Can you please suggest ?
