During body building can I shake my pennies.when I shaked it will affect my body or not.i want to know that we can shake pennies during building body.

I am a 73 year old woman. For past few weeks I am suffering from pain on my outer left leg thigh.There is no swelling there. I have tried putting ice pack, warm pack and have eaten anti-inflammatory medicines. But nothing has helped. The pain subsides a little when I am walking. My medical history is - I have diabetes, underwent bypass surgery 4 years back and am suffering from osteoarthritis. Please advice me what should I do?

I have left hand shoulder frozen for last 3 months. I am undergoing physiotherapy, but it may take take few months for me to recover.
