My forearm muscle just below the elbow pains whenever I play tennis or swim . I tried playing with another racquet but it still pains

I have been experiencing pain in my right wrist when i put my weight on wrists and post that it continues for the whole day if i move my wrist.

My father suffering from arthritis of knee joint since last 6 month.he also feel pain and swelling in fingers of hand.ra factor test CCP test vit D test confirm the rheumatoid arthritis. due to arthritis he doesn't feel well and loss of appetite. due to which his body gets week gradually.

I spained my left ankle about 6 months ago. i took some pain killer and it was gone. last month i sprained my right ankle. the pain also didn't last longer. sometimes the left ankle would pain. but after awaking from sleep last morning, i couldn't move any of my foot. the both ankles were hurting so bad. after sometime, i tried to stand up but i fell. i have swelling on ankles now. and i also have fever. i did x-ray but nothing was unusuall. the doctor says i have allergies. i really can't buy this. why would my ankle hurt if i have allergies? can u help me here please?

I've have been having nerve disorder problem and also pain in fingers .doctor gave the medicine which reduced my pain but not completely can you give me exercise to adequately eliminate this pain because I have to complete my rest of one-year college I'm entering my last year of college I have to write more is it?stress ball is good for this problem?or suggest me some effective exercise or best medication to solve this

Lower back ache because of the muscular spasm ,as diagnosed by earlier physiotherapy.Had severe pain last year, so took physiotherapy sessions for a month.Dr. diagnosed problem in L4 .Problem originates because of long sitting hours in office.Had taken accupressure and immobilization treatments earlier.
