Bone & Muscle problems

I have mild cervical pain in right shoulder. should i take medicines for above pain or else i ll go for acupressure and yoga? which one is more effective? please suggest me. I will be very thankful to you.

I am highly underweight, lactose intolerant, and possibly have  non celiac gluten-free Autobots based on the tests performed and digestive observations. I have been taking L-glutamine capsules 500 mg twice a day for past two months to to improve function of my intestine and immune function and to gain muscle. Is it the right thing to do? Should I continue taking the capsules? Kindly have a look at the pictures I have attached herein.

I've been experiencing pain in my leg just below the knee as a sudden one when i twist my leg to one side . i do not have the same with the other one what is the problem with that and can i do for that.
