Bone & Muscle problems

Many days ago, when we took paddy sacks, we fell pain in the bottom of the spine. The pain continued to grow after three to four days. Now I can not take a heavy bicycling, i fill the pain all time mostly when i set and do computer work, i con't walk long time, con't lift any wight like water bucket, it's too much painful to me. so please tell me what is the problem and solution. thank you sir.

Sir/man. I had a total hysteractomy one year back, now stared experiencing low back pain is it normal?

I have had this pain for two weeks now. It started when I was getting into standing position from kneeling position. It had started to subside a couple of days back but guess I strained it. I have been limping. There is sharp shooting pain in the knee joint at times and pain behind the knee sometimes too. I don't remember any injury there but have had weakness in the knee before.

It has been 20 days for plaster and today mother is feeling some sticky near the ankle what is that..pls suggest

H/o fall down from bike before 15 days , chip fracture with marrow oedema, grade 2 sprain of lateral collatral ligament, of rt knee, grade 2 signal invoving post horn of medial meniscus, grade i signal lat meniscie, grade 1 sprain of anterior cruciate ligament

Sprained ankle. Got physiotherapy 15 session. Swelling reoccurring and pain. No fracture. Wanted to review

Facing severe pain in right hand starting from neck since last 2 yrs. Because of cervical. I have shown to some orthopedic doctors earlier but didn't help

Past 10years I had more pain in neck and back pain. Already servical problem is their Now a days I have loose my ears sounds and eay power loose. Any related with the servical problem Please clarify Thanks

60 year male..Hav a left heel pain since 1.5 month...which Is not resolving...but has recently worsened.. Had a fall 1.5 months back and left scaphoid fracture for which cast was applied and now it's ok..but this pain started in left heel 7 days after that fracture scaphoid..may b I had injury there also at the time of fall.. No pain on passive plantar or dorsiflexion..power is 5/5..pain on weight bearing that is on walking behind the heel.....also localised tenderness on back of the heel. .

Pls suggest me any juice or drink available in India which can be taken as supplement of calcium & vitamin D.
