Bone & Muscle problems

Had an accident in April 2016, My hip was dislocate and 3-4 fracture in pelvic and foot drop..after one year of surgery i cant bend and not able to knee 90 degree to chest ..even i cant put my pant on myself..

I had a bike collision 4 weeks ago.my bike fell on my right ankle.doctor took xray and told there is no fracture.gave some pain killers.but the pain on my ankle is not going at all.there was swelling during first 3 days since accident.now there is no swelling.but the pain is still there.the pain is from the ankle joint till my leg thumb finger.is it related to ligament?please help.

I am unable to do any jumping or running..my ankle muscles are paining..if i do stretching then my muscles under my hip started paining..once doctor recommended vitd3..but its not showing any result.i dont knw as if my muscles and tendons have no power.please help

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis loss of cervical lordosis my mri report shows c5/c6 disc shows annular fissure and diffuse posterior bugle with central herniation indenting spinal cord and encroaches on both neural formia .hyperintese signal is seen in the spinal cord in left side represents myomalacia. c6/c7 disc shows annular fissure n diffused posterior bulge with right paracentral herniation indenting spinal cord n right c7 nerve n encroaches on both neural formina. I also get tingling in legs and nerve pain in one right hand finger. I also get pain in entire spinal cord when envolves prolonged sitting job. I want to any ayurvedic treatment is there to cure this entirely. Also with this condition whether I will be able to perform any job .

Its been 2 weeks since I had an ACL reconstruction on my right leg with hamstring tendon as the autograft. I am currently walking with a single crutch and undergoing rigorous physiotherapy to get back ROM. I am having extremely sore mornings with stiffness in the operated leg. Most importantly, the medial side of the right calf is extremely stiff and painful which is causing me a lot of pain during physiotherapy. I am applying ice to it about 4 times a day but still the area has been very painful. There is no clot or swelling in my operated leg. What should I do to reduce the pain and discomfort? Will the pain fade away with time?
