Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from lower back pain for an year now. I have gone through physiotherapy and all, nothing found in x-ray. I was consistently on recommended exercise. But the pain still persist. Can you please suggest me something!

I dislocated my shoulder 5 days ago and they put it back in, my arm is now in a sling for the next 3 weeks and im on painkillers. My question is, is it still possible to make aa trip to another city tomorrow? it's been planned for months, but it would involve a 10 hour train ride (+the journey back) and a doctor my sister spoke to said it might hinder my recovery and the shoulder might not set properly because of the train movements and such. Please advise on what to do, I'm desperately bummed about this. :(

I ve been suffering from joint pain i cant walk or sit properly the joints pain severely there is pain in all the joints of knees and sudden limbness occurs

My sister met with an accident last year . She is 19 year old. After that she is suffering from back pain. whenever she sneezes or ,laugh it pains. Pain is contineous ,and we are unable to figure what exactly the problem is .

My wight is 110 kg and it been 3 days..i am using pain killer tynenol and two ointments 1)v1 jointment and2) nise spray..but from yesterday my right leg and calf is also paining. I am not able to lift wieghts like bucket.. I am riding bike but when mounting n dismounting i feel lot of pain.

Hello respected doctor, I have lordosis problem from last 10 years but now I understand that. Before that I am not aware of it. But before 10 days i heve very bad back pain and I visit local doctor. He done my x-ray and give me some pill. But when I read report of my x-ray i notice that their is loss of lordosis problem. BUT NOW SOMEONE TELL ME THAT NORMAL SPINE CURVE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL NEVER DO BODYBUILDING. IS IT TRUE? PLS TELL ME I LOSS HOPE BECAUSE OF THIS.

My mother (age 51 and weight 69 kg) has mild fever (99.5 degree) from last 2 week only in the evening. we has consult the doctor and done test for UTI, CBC and renal function test. All are normal. Can you please advice me, why she is getting mild fever only in the evening....she has also swelling in the right palm and pain in the whole hand, As she has osteoarthritis and walking only with the help of walker with pressure only on the hands. that may be the reason behind the pain and fever. she has to go to washroom 4 times in the night and i had check the diabetes that is normal (125). what is the reason behind it..as UTI reports are sterile.
