Needle pricking sensation in feet for half an hour daily in the morning after waking up since 8 monnths(Age 56 years, male)

Visited to sasaram in a clinic they remove blood from the knee it was good for 2 days then again same problem consistently please suggest something suffering from last 4 month now its unbearable pain.

I've been having whole body pain,joint pain, excessive tiredness for 10 months.. I consulted with many doctors and done lot of blood tests.. In addition to that i feel nerve pain in hand since one week... I had malaria 4 times in the year 2015 to 2016 and typhoid 3 times.. Anybody pls help me to solve this...

I have continuous pains in some parts of leg sometimes it is in crural some times in back and some times in femoral. I have already consulted doc they said it may be due to choke up of some vains. But when I consulted other they said there is some muscular stone that is paining. So what will be the reason behind this. I suffering from this pain very much. There are doctors who give me painculars but they are ineffective. Can you suggest something.

I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder since 4 months. I feel a pinched nerve feeling in my shoulder when i press it. I have free movements in my shoulder. There is no problem regarding movement or working with that hand. I have frequent spasms also.

My father has experienced weight loss of about 6 Kg in the last 6 months. He hasn't been sick with any major disease during this period.
