Pain in heel and leg muscle

Hi, I am feeling mild pain in heel for last three months the pain is sever in the morning ehen I woke from sleep but within sometime pain reduces. Now a days I am also started feel in leg muscle. Vitamin D test reprted 10.03 also fertin and vitamin 12 test results are at lower boundary line. TSH is 8.44 but there is no symptoms of thyroid. Please suggest medication

Ache and Pain in Left Hand

My mother have been suffering from high amount of pain in her left hand 1 week. Have been consulting the Ortho and Neuro Doctors. But no boon. When the left hand is in free fall state, the pain induces. But when hand is kept UP high over the head, the pain reduces. She have been doing her day to day works (Brushing her teeth, Taking Bath etc.) keeping her Hand UP. The medicines prescribed are not doing any good. Please help me out !!

Disc bulge l-4, l-5

MRI shows, early symptoms of spondylosis, straightening of cervical. Have had disc bulge before which was cured via physiotherapy however, this time its gotten worse. Took 7 sessions of tens and some other equipment's which felt really nice but again am back to square as am not taking the sessions any longer. Have been doing exercises as recommended by the dr ( not that frequently) but atleast once a day. That doesn't seem to be helping though. I have been weightlifting too, nothing too heavy, deadlifts, squats and all those stuff as long as they don't hurt, heard they help. Please suggest if I should stop the exercise or start the sessions again. Its getting to the point where neither I can sit or stand for too long, I feel as if my back bone would give up, really painful.
