Bone & Muscle problems

The pain in my right hand and collar bone like   a stabbing, cutting, stinging, burning,, splitting, colicky, crushing, , nagging, gripping,. It make me so  dull ,  i took many pain killer applyed ointment but its doesn't worked

History: lower back pain (herniated disk) improved after starting gym. Current: pain in left shoulder, since around a 6 weeks, closer to neck while raising hand on side. Yesterday also heard popping noise in neck while doing exercises that put pressure on neck giving me pain in neck and stiffness.

I m suffering from keloid from last 9 years. I have pain and itching . Took steroids but relief. I have it on my shoulder. Is there any treatment for this? Or In Ayurvedic ?

Pain in thighs while walking.earlier it was in right thigh but now it is in left thigh also.not able to walk straight.

I'm suffering from Many problems like hair fall,muscle pain,tremors in hands,bone pain,Pain in knee while walking,constipation (sometimes),Frequent urination from last 9-10 months and I couldn't find it's cure...I've seen many doctors but no one did really help...I've done many tests like Vit D,Vit B12 ,Testosterone,Calcium,uric acid, CRP and many more all are normal...I've been searching my symptoms on internet and i think it's because of potassium deficiency Cause all symptoms are matching...is it true??if not then what should i do?plz help

My mother in law is 83yrs..She is having knee problem that is affecting her back now. Doctors are suggestin knee replacement Is it safe at this age. Her ECG is abnormal but they are saying clear for surgery
