Bone & Muscle problems

I am heavily feel pain in my two knee. Doctor will advice after 1 month physiotherapy it reduce but now still feeling lot painin my two knee. Please give me advice how reduce pain because i am not walking any more.

A friend of my mine had a bone protrusion in her back which was operated in the month of February. The doctor has given her few exercises to do on a daily basis, avoid sitting at a place for too long and stay away from long distance travel. Although she is able to walk, do the normal chores and attend office but she is still unable to bend over and also lift heavy things. She has been doing the prescribed exercises daily and regularly consulting doctor. Is there any chance that she'll fully recover from this in near future? Also is there any likelihood of the symptoms recurring which would require another surgery?

I have been suffering from pain in thigh, fatigue, weakness and heaviness in eyes, loss of appetite which lead to conclude the deficiency of Vitamin B12 in body by a physician. They suggest me to take 10 doses of vitamin B12 inj. after complete course of the treatment injection very less relieve from pain is observed. Is their any other probability which may be a cause of the problem? please suggest.

Few years before I had an accident were I had broked my left side of my leg at anlke position. But still today it pains neither I can walk properly nor I can run so what is option for my recovery.

My wrist and forearm are quite thin bone density is quite low. I did vitamin d and calcium tests... They are borderline normal.. I take calcium supplements do weight training.. But not getting quite the strenght i want in my forearm.. What can i do?
