Golfers elbow
I am having the pain in my elbow , its more than a year now (About 13 months now ). What the doctors told me that its golfers elbow or medial epicondylitis . They said my case was not a serious one so just take rest and gave me some pain relieving medicines and 2 weeks of physiotherapy . As of now , I am still in pain after even a year .

Sir, You have to do regular stretches for the forearm muscles ... Also u need to do strengthening of the forearm muscles. Wear a tennis elbow strap which would help u for golfers elbow.don't wear it throughout the day.remove it on and off.

icing would help. avoid repeated arm moments. regular exercises.
