She have her right knee replacement surgery which is better then before. Now left knee has pain 24/7, it's very stiff and unable to move much. She has taken physiotherapy for a month it didn't reduce any pain. Can you suggest some good exercises or routine to follow to reduce the stiffness without operation.

Since three days I have got bad neck cramp on back side of neck slightly on right side. I have applied move and used neck support too.. But it is not helping now. Pain arises suddenly..

My ankle was twisted while playing football. Now it paining nd has some swelling on top of the foot

She has pain in her right ankle and swelling around the ankle joint since 2  months seems like medial arch deformity( not sure)...she is using ankle brace since a month and was on antiinflammatory and analgesics drug for 10 days ...and also hot fermentation evryday..pain is not subsided..kindly help

I am highly underweight, lactose intolerant, and possibly have  non celiac gluten-free Autobots based on the tests performed and digestive observations. I have been taking L-glutamine capsules 500 mg twice a day for past two months to to improve function of my intestine and immune function and to gain muscle. Is it the right thing to do?
