Bone & Muscle problems

I've been feeling a lot of pain and stiffness in my knees and it's surrounding areas for the past three days. it feels like muscle pain but I'm unable to take low temperatures like while sitting in a room with the air conditioner on. I'm also in pain while sitting still or even lying down to sleep. Last night i was unable to fall asleep because of the pain.

My mother is 64 years old and is having sever knee pain. She had got hurt in her knee but didnt take rest. Pls suggest. Are oils a remedy to it like ginger turmerric oil Thanks

I am not a 100% sure but I think I have got a Ganglion Cyst on the back of my right hand wrist. When I flex my wrist the bump shows up and not otherwise. It is painful if I do exercises involving wrist especially push ups. What is a possible treatment?

I have a severe knee ache and joint pain for the last 2 months .I am diabetic and have moderately high pressure - 140/85 . My age is 61 ( Female)

I had a small accident due to that I have blood clots around my leg. I don't have any issues while walking and no regular pain apart from tingling sensation sometime when I apply some pressure on particular area. Part of my leg is numb even after 1 week. And there is a little bump as well

I have a join pain for past three months.. a month before I consulted an orthopedist he prescribed me to take blood test. The blood test result are as follows Uric acid 5.1 Esr 42 mm/hr Age:26 years He gave me zyloric acid tablet and febuxostat which I took for one month. But the pain is still der t. Yesterday I went again he said it will take atleast six months to get completely cured. He prescribed me colchicine and asked me to take in the morning and night for the next two months.. dosage level is 0.5mg.. is it fine to take this tablet for such a long time.. wat is my problem exactly.. wen will I get completely cured.

Ligament is break...so can it join by physiotherapy or operation must need or not ..so tell me in brief

Is any side effects will happen when we take any supplement... ?? And what is the other way to develop good muscle..?? Any prescribed supplement is there...??
