My mom is experiencing pain in her left knee in walking and changing postures. The pain had started a few days back and is being experienced by her in alternate days. Pls give a solution.

2weeks before her periods, my daughter gets severe pain beginning from the back of her shoulder to the forearm. She cannot leave her hand down while walking or even sitting. The pain goes after her periods are over.
