I have pain in my knees from past two years. And crackling sound also. I need to start calcium tablets. Can you advise me which one to take?

Calcium supplements are generally given if there is a lack of calcium in your body or bones. Taking calcium supplements to manage crackling sound without assessment is not advisable. Get urself assessed by qualified physiotherapist to find out the cause   and appropriate treatment for your problem.
