Knee Joint problem
Sir Iam Charan Kumar age 21yrs old having diabetics from 8 years and recently my knee has crack and i consulted an othropedic he suggested me for X Ray and Xray were Worngly taken means the pain and swell for one side he took anther side they suggested me to talk 3 weeks rest and talk with crepe band i did the same and i attended to my job as usaly

Take the correct xray asap. And consult a good physiotherapist practicing McKenzie and balance training....
