Bone & Muscle problems

Whenever I start some physical excercise..I feel severe pain in my right leg...in toes ,ankle and lower leg.please suggest something.I feel very less energetic.

Hi, I am suffering from high shoulder pain, some times neck pain and backache . Have consulted ortho , done calcium , phosphorous and some multiple blood test. By seeing the reports doctor advised me for moist cloth physiotherapy . And said that lack of vitamin d is causing the problem so not to panic . And take shelcal os and drise 60k. My question is after taking this also since 7-8 days pain is not come down. Should i change something in routine? or consult another doctor? or do some exercise? or wait til 1month of medicine course. ??? Or go for MRI scan? Please suggest me fruitful answer . I a m tired of baring the pain. Pls reply ASAP

I have back pain almost for 2 weeks which was diagnosed as L2 disc compression . I am undergoing physiotherapy and using hip belt while travelling and sitting while working and ofcourse i am taking tablets . My concern is there a permanent solution for this problem . either physiotherapy or tablets or any latest method . I cant take this pain all time or i cant take it through out my life time . Please advice me whether it can be done or not.

I have been running extreme pain in my back bone in lower middle ..which dose'nt alow me to stand for while ..it start paining

Hello, i am suffering from arm n shoulder pain since 4 weeks. i have visited orthopaedic and as advised took Movexx tablets n hot compression. with some minor exercise. it has reduced now. Still i have slight pain during morning and in night times it is more. doc has told there is a muscle compression near neck.. trapezious muscle. pls advise its been 4 weeks.. i am not comfortable still. if i work in front of computer. it agrivates.

My mom has severe pain in her right hip which goes down till the calf muscle due to which she cant walk for longer distance

Recently i got surgery for fracture in 4th and 5th metacarpals after that they put a slab plaster, its been 14 days. since yesterday, my hand is stilled and different type of feeling i'm getting in my hand.

I have been having serve back pain from last 05days. However this pain is very common it's comes and goes oftenly.

My mother is 49 years old. she is suffering from cervical spondylisis problem from 10 years .is it cureable from panchkarma treatment .and please suggest what are the treatment cost us.

2-3 days earlier when i got up after sleep my right side of lower back started paining it was perfect in night but in morning it was unbearable please help
