Having knee pain last 2 years, i am not able to sit on floor. I don't know why. Even I can't walk more than 1km. Please help

I injured my lower back 3+ years ago. I'm 26, injury occurred at 23. I received an MRI that was not done correctly 3 years ago. I just received MRI results for the second time. The doctor suggested I go to a well know PT guy. When I arrived at PT, the doctor looked at my diagnosis and believes that it is not fully recoverable. I've had constant minor pain/soreness with recurring severe pain. Here is what the results state. I thought maybe someone could explain thoughts so I could better understand next steps. L4/L5 - There is a foca central/right central disc herniation at L4/5 with some intrinsic signal heterogeneity in keeping with annular fissuring posteriorly. There is mild associated central canal stenosis. There is mild left and moderate right subarticular stenosis with mass effect and mild impingement of the descending right L5 nerve root. There is crowding of the descending left L5 nerve root. There is mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.

Sir, since yesterday morning I had faced gout attack on my left feet, on the joint of big toes. I need a medical attantion or at least I need tablet to relieve such pain. As I was alone in Delhi I cannot go to hospital with such pain, especially alone. Hope you ll prescribed me some names of medicine. Thanking you Dev Singh

I've been having pain in my joints form past 2 years and i consuted few doctors but i still have the same problem

My father feeling pain in his legs almost from last one month we visited multiple doctors but root cause not diagnosed He feels so much pain even he can not walk or stand for some time. As per him he feels pain in muscle and not in bone

It did not band anywhere. I was calmly sitting on a chair when it started paining when i stood up like usual. I did apply voloni for 2 days, it was okay but now after i left voloni the pain is back. Left knee. Upper knee part is paining while moving it to walk.

My grandfather had an neuro operation last week..he will be discharged today..we wanted to have some physio session for him at home...

I had acl surgery 4 months ago. have sharp pain in femur while climbing stairs. what exercise for rehab to be done? Kindly advice. CAN'T go down stairs normally. Bending 120degree, can't go beyond that, feels something is stucked behind my knee.
