Bone & Muscle problems

Suffering from constant pains in legs for many years25+. Off late there is addition-- needle prick pain below ankle and heels.

I havr this pain on my left shoulder since a past few week, when i lift my shoulder sideways above the level of shoulder. At rest, it is fine, but at times when i do something, i feel a lot of pain. What should i do..

I have beein having pain in my left hand fr 2 months now.. the pain comes and goes.. i also hv anxiety issue fr past 2 months. My doc said its due to bad posture and also gave medicines. Pain was relieved bt fr past few days it has again come back.. it does not pain continuously but sometimes in a day. What is this. I m not understanding n also worried for it..

After a cabinet fell on me severe pain in head, neck , right hand and shoulders, Got x ray done of cervical, doctor says it is little bit bend on right side

Severe pain in lower back since couple of days not able to sit tremendous pain in lower back Cannot sit on 2 wheeler also

I was playing basketball then someone knead me very hard in the top of front of the thigh area. It's been two days now. I cannot bend my leg. Every time I try to bend it I feel a pull feeling and get sharp pain. There is no bruise on the outside.

I have been left hand paining from past 12 years. I have consulted so many doctors and taken MRI CT and all. But couldn't find out the reason. And still my hand is paining

I pulled my upper thigh muscle while doing yoga. It hurts when i try to lift my leg or when i walk. Not unbearable pain but sharp

Was doing Plank exercise and slipped, which twisted my hip causing pain. Its been two day i am feeling uneasyness while getting up from chair and sometimes pains like a doctor injected some medicine on my hip. It pains in right lower side of hip, Not much pain in spinal chord. Feels like muscle pain. About 6 years back had same kind of pain while i was sitting simply and a doctor treated me with an injection to relax muscle.

I have this hand pain past 8 years. this happened when i played kabbadi. I'm taking tablets. but i want permanent solutions. if i strain little bit then pain coming to me. now the pain increased from right hand to left hand also and its gives pain in neck also. i cannot bend my neck. Please suggest me good advice.
